More InstallShield

So continues my tinkering with InstallShield. Although at this point, I have decided to take the script that was definately not written by me and make it concise, robust and easier to read. It feels good to be coding again. Yes, yes, I know, it's InstallShield, so it's not _really_ coding. But it's the closest I have been to coding in the last 4-5 months.

/me needs coding fix

I have been getting warm fuzzies from using the install project tool in VS.net lately. Of course, since I end up installing all the software everywhere, I may as well not bother... I think I'm just going to go no-touch deployment via a link on the intranet because that's the only thing people here could possibly understand. Maybe.
