Movie Review -- Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest
A group of us went to go see this movie last friday. Immediately after the movie, I felt alright with the movie, that I had been entertained (for 2.5 hours no less). The more I thought about it though, the more I was disappointed. It was half a movie. I think that Ask A Ninja has the perfect review of the movie.
I am reserving a rating for this movie until I see the rest of it.

Yeah, but I didn't feel like anything got resolved in this movie. It was like watching half a movie and then not having the ending. When you're going to do somethings with sequals and continuation, I feel that you have to have at least some "progress" as the story progresses. The entire scene on the island where Will first meets back up with Jack accomplishes absolutely nothing. There is nothing that comes of that scene plot-wise.
There were definitely cool parts of the half-movie that I saw, but I wanted a little more resolution.
